Fundraising For St Luke's Hospice

logo-stlukes-plainDuring the Christmas period the Year 4 children performed Christmas Carols at Lakeside Shopping Centre to raise money for St Luke's Hospice. The children sang a variety of Christmas Carols in the main Lakeside Atrium for two and a half hours, they worked very hard to learn all of the carols and put in a fantastic performance!

As a result of the children's hard work we raised £329! The children also performed their carols to the residents of Kynoch Court. Well done Year 4!

It was really a nice thing to sing along to people. £329 is a lot of money. But more importantly we all had fun through out the day! There was a lot of people that gave money. There was a floating £5 note that came down from the top of lakeside! I am glad that I went! Thank you!
